Our in-house goldsmith and silversmith offer a variety of gold, platinum, silver, and pearl jewelry repairs.

The jewelry repairs we offer include ring resizing, chain repair, clasp repair or replacement, prong re-tipping, laser welding, diamond and gemstone replacement, pearl restringing, and more.

Our watchmakers have extensive experience repairing all watches, including Swiss Army, Bulova, Tag Heuer, Tiffany & Co., Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, and many other brands. The watch repairs we offer include battery and strap replacement, water testing, overhaul & cleaning, gasket replacement, dial, crystal, and bezel repair or replacement, and clock repair. Stop by and see our watchmakers between 10 am & 5 pm for all your repair needs.

We offer a variety of appraisal services, including appraisals for new and antique jewelry, new and antique watches, most forms of silverware, and other items on a per item basis. Our appraisal team consists of two GIA certified gemologists and two highly skilled watchmakers. If you feel you have items that need to be appraised, bring them in to our University Place store and one of our associates will be happy to assist you in ascertaining what and if something should be appraised. 

Our goldsmith has extensive experience creating custom fine jewelry and engagement rings. Our associates will guide you through the process of designing, customizing, and constructing a unique piece. ​
